Your Personal Data:
What we need
Working Psychology Ltd will be what’s known as the ‘Controller’ of the personal data you provide to us. We only collect basic personal data about you (your name, email address and relationship to the participant) which does not include any special types of information or location based information.
Why we need it
We need to know your basic personal data in order to provide you with secure log in details in order that you can then complete an online feedback questionnaire for the named participant. We will not collect any further personal data from you.
What we do with it
All the personal data we process is processed by our staff in the UK however for the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance this information is located on servers within the European Union (Specifically Ireland). No 3rd parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so. We have a Data Protection regime in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your personal data.
Once we have received your feedback and the feedback from the other nominated contributors we then generate the aggregated summary report.
How long we keep it
We will delete your data at time you tell us to. Failing that, we will leave your feedback in our secure database indefinitely as very often participants repeat the 360 process and look to compare time 1 with time 2. For us to do this we need to keep your raw data and personal identifiers. As in the first instance, we do nothing else with you data.
What are your rights?
By definition, if you withdraw your consent to participate at any stage we will delete your data - personal identifiers and feedback. It is only therefore on the basis of informed consent that we are making use of your personal data. Should you wish to withdraw your consent and no longer participate you retain the right to do so. If you believe the information we hold on you is incorrect or is being used for purposes for which you have not given your consent, you may contact our Data Protection Contact who will work with you to resolve your concerns. Our Data Protection Contact is Conall Platts and you can contact them at conall@workingpsychology.co.uk.
If you are not satisfied with our response or believe we are processing your personal data not in accordance with the law you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
